Poster presentation

A dedicated two-hour poster session is scheduled for the second day, but the posters will be on display throughout both days and can be set up before the welcome address. Posters should be in a vertical (portrait) format and not exceed the size of A0. A list of posters and their respective locations, along with stands and materials (tacks/velcro), will be provided in the room for installation.

Oral presentation

Each oral presentation should last for 15 minutes, including time for discussion. Speakers must account for the allocated time for questions. In-person presentations are mandatory, although remote attendance is also possible. Ensure that you upload your slideshow to the conference computer before the session begins.
